Tuscany Hills HOA in Lake Elsinore continues to push the envelope when it comes to innovation! Lesa Miller, Keystone Pacific, and the Tuscany Hills Board of Directors took a bold move into the future of HOA management by deciding to create the first GREEN COMMUNITY in Riverside County. Under the guidelines of the International Sustainability Counsel and Audubon Lifestyles, Tuscany Hills will become certified this summer. Soil Technology (certifying agent) will implement the 10 steps of environmental stewardship necessary for certification.
Blaine Vice, President of Soil Technology, is excited to share in this milestone for the HOA industry. “This demonstrates the innovative management styles employed at Tuscany Hills,” said Mr. Vice, and he further stated that, “this could be a very important event in HOA management history as sustainability, water conservation, protection from harmful chemicals, and Runoff Compliance gain momentum in the industry and headlines. We can’t wait to see the response of the residents as they discover their homes, children, and living environment are being managed by people who truly care.”
Soil Technology can provide the expertise and enable your HOA to become leaders in the community through Audubon Lifestyles certification. Being responsible and good stewards are values shared by our company and we are ready to help start your journey to sustainability.
